This first floor apartment in Penzance sleeps four people in two bedrooms.Mount View is a wonderful first floor apartment situated in the harbour town of Penzance. This apartment sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one zip/link twin, as well as a bathroom. The apartment also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there's off road parking for one car and a shared enclosed lawned garden. Mount View is an ideal base for couples, friends and families with plenty of attractions and places to go to keep everyone entertained.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Smart TV, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared, enclosed lawned garden with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Garden is located across the road from the front of the property.
Region: Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britains premier holiday destinations.
Town: The seaside harbour town of Penzance is situated in one of Cornwalls most popular holiday areas. The town offers the National Trust owned St Michaels Mount, as well as winding streets, shops, clubs and restaurants, and there are a wealth of sandy beaches very close by. The South West coast path passes through Penzance and winds its way along the cliff tops towards Lands End, plus the open air Minack Theatre and Gwennap Head are close by.
