Description
71 Perran sands is a comfortable family chalet set in the sand dunes above the renowned surf beach at Perranporth in Cornwall.
It is within the Haven Perran sands complex so has all the amenities close at hand, but is only one mile from the coastal village of Perranporth.
The beach is a short walk away as is the full Golf course at Perranporth.
It has 2 bedrooms, one a double the other sleeps 2 in 3 foot single beds, the lounge and full kitchen are open plan
There is a full size bathroom with a bath and shower over.
Being built in the 1960's it is not wheelchair friendly due to narrow doorways and a step at the front door.
It is all electric on a pay meter that takes £1 coins.
High chair and Travel cot are available on request.
Although dogs are allowed on site, this particular chalet is dog free.
Smoking in the property is not allowed but a smoking area outside in pleasant surroundings is provided.

“Family holiday”
Lovely chalet on perran sands, lovely walks, beach is amazing, Cornwall has loads to offer, we went to Tintagel, Newquay, St Austells.

“Perran Chalet”
Chalet was in the perfect place, 1 minute walk from the amenities and less than 10 minutes to the beach. Richard and Mary were great to deal with, had a great stay, thank you!

“Lovely central based chalet”
The location is central to most of the sights of Cornwall. Short drive into Perranporth or a nice stroll to the beach.The chalet was lovely and clean and very homely. Would definitely stay again.
