BEAUTIFUL SEA VIEWS
Sea Breeze is a well equipped property in an elevated position with stunning sea views over Perranporth. You can take in the views with a glass of wine on the balcony or relax in the cosy lounge and watch the waves from the comfort of the sofas.
Its just a short walk to all of Perranporth's amenities, the beach and the South West coast path.
The property is an 'upside down' house adjacent to the owners home with its own private access and decked area at the rear of the property. On the ground floor is the double bedroom with sea views, family bathroom and the twin bedroom which leads to the utility room. Upstairs is the open plan kitchen/dining area and living area which opens up to the balcony with sea views.
Outside: Parking for up to 2 cars (a few steps up to the house), private decked area, garden table & chairs. There is an outdoor tap for rinsing off wetsuits and facilities to hang washing.
Perranporth is centrally located for many of Cornwalls main tourist attractions including the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Many activities can also be enjoyed from Perranporth including coastal walks, historical sites, golf, fishing, surfing, horse riding on the beach, paragliding over the sand dunes and skydiving for the more adventurous.

“Lovely house”
Really nice place with a wonderful view with parking at the front of the property. It's like an upside down house with the bed rooms downstairs hence the view from the living room is fantastic. Only a short walk down the hill to the centre and beach. The welcome package from the owners of food and wine was amazing. Would definitely book again Paul

“Perfect, family friendly”
The location is perfect- beautiful sea views. The apartment is ideal for families and is very cosy. It had everything that we needed for a family. Beds are amazing (very comfortable) after a long walk. We will visit again soon!
