The property 'Sunny Corner' is a modern comfortable 4 bedroom house

located in a pleasant cul-de-sac offering very

comfortable accomodation for a family of six plus a small child or baby.

The property is semi detached, has private parking for 2 cars,

enclosed rear garden, Sunny Corner is just a stones throw from the beach and shops.

The lounge has comfy brown leather sofas a flat screen smart tv with sky tv, broadband.

french doors lead from the well equiped dinning room out into the very secluded and hot rear garden with two storage rooms for your surfbords and bikes.

Upstairs are four bedrooms and a bathroom, two double rooms two singles/+ travel cot if needed.

Spacious open plan kitchen/diner/lounge. Very spacious rooms with limed pine floors throughout.

Kitchen is modern and well equiped, with bosch double fan oven, and ceramic hob.

Perranporth is very accessible with a good buss, Truro, Falmouth, Newquay and st Ives are easy journeys or you could go go further afield by train from Truro or Newquay. Lots of coastal walks from Perranporth taking in some spectacular views. Sea lovers lots of boat trips from Falmouth, St Ives, also lots and lots of water sports all around you.

“Amazing”

Just got back from a 2 week stay. We try and holiday in cornwall every year and i have done since I small. But this home was the most perfect stay. It is fabulously situated in perranporth, a lovely stroll to the beach and shops. The house itself is stunning. Beautifully decorated and so spacious!!. My 3 boys didn't want to leave. We had the most excellent family time, and this holiday home made it even more perfect.

“Perfect place home from home”

Perfect place there was 6 adults we coped even with 1 bathroom , very clean and spacious, kerry was excellent getting back to you no mither at all , room for 2 cars and a lovely little garden at the back . This was our second stay here we love it .

This is a fabulous holiday let. Plenty of room, lovely comfy beds, everything you need. Enough parking for 2 cars. The location is great, only a few minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants.

We stayed for a week at the end of August. The house was lovely it looked just like the photos. It was spotless, beds comfortable & fantastic location. Will definitely be staying here again

Lovely house, home away from home. Great location for beach. Kerry was friendly and helpful and at end of the phone and quick to get back to any questions ahead of and during our stay. Outdoor area to store beach stuff was handy. Would come back again.

“Perfect family holiday home”

We loved this home and couldn’t fault it. Kerry was friendly and helpful and only a phone call away if needed. The house was brilliantly situated, 5 minutes away from Perranporth high street and a 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach. House was really well equipped with everything you could possibly need including a couple of body boards and crabbing buckets! Gorgeous welcome pack of wine, milk, biscuits and coffee was a lovely touch after a long journey. If you’re thinking of staying in Perranporth then we would thoroughly recommend Kerry’s lovely home. We’ll definitely be back!
