Description
This is a well-equipped 3 bedroomed caravan which will accommodate up to 8 people, situated on the very popular Haven site at Perran Sands, Perranporth, set in magnifgicent dunes, with a 15 minute walk down to the fantastic Perran Sands beach, where it is possible at low tide to walk to Perranporth with its flat access and even catch the bus back to the Haven site, or walk along the amazing coastal path and enjoy the views.
The caravan has lovely open views over the dunes from the living room window. For those cooler evenings there is a gas fire in the living room, and air heating throughout the caravan. There is a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a fold-out bed from the sofa - duvets and pillows are provided, but covers, sheets and towels are not provided, although it is possible to hire these from Haven. The kitchen is well appointed with fridge, microwave, gas cooker, toaster, crockery, etc. There is a shower room with handbasin, and a separate toilet with handbasin. The living area is comfortable and well equipped, with a colour television. Gas, water and electricity costs are included in the charges and cleaning is undertaken prior to arrival. Guest keys are kept in a secure key box. Location and code for the key box are emailed prior to arrival. Check in is from 4pm and check out at 10am.
The site is very family orientated, with a lovely indoor swimming pool with flume, an outdoor pool with sunbathing terrace between 23rd May and 31st August depending on the weather, and there is also a wide range of play and sports activities for children and adults, including surf school and other water activities. For some activities it may be necessary to purchase a pass from the office at Haven on arrival. The Haven club room has daily entertainment and there are also restaurants, bars, food outlets and a Spa shop on site, some 5 minutes walk from the caravan.
Please note, Haven have a strict policy prohibiting stag and hen parties, which should be adhered to.

“Traditional Holidays”
Had been looking forward to this for a year as its been 4 years sinceweve had an english holiday . The caravan was big a 3 birth static so plenty of room as we had a mixture of weather and did spend a reasonable amount of time van based. there were some indoor activities for people with younger children, rollerskating, face painting, ceramics, the gym and pool for older persons but wasn't aware of any family time during the day of fun and games in the club other than the slot machines ie indoor bowls or darts or even board games snakes and ladders ,monopoly etc or storytime. Things that can be easily put out and taken up again if everyone's at the beach/out and about, but on wet days help keep the family from getting to het up jammed in small confined space and costing a lot of money.

I do have some games in the van cupboard, but unfortunately from experience I have now limited these a little. As usual, the weather is a major factor in a holiday experience. “Perfect and pet friendly”
We all enjoyed our stay., including our pets. Lovely view and walks over the dunes. Shame storm Calum decided to turn up with all that rain and strong winds but we felt safe.
