Description
Villa Alla Marginetta is a luxury Villa set on 6 acres of land and forest and has recently been refurbished to the highest standards. Perfect for families or groups. It has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms with a spacious comfortable living and dining rooms. We have just added a new open put fire which is a real hit with guest, there are also 2 Gazebo's, one by the Pool and the other near the open fire in upper garden. The large totally fitted kitchen has an island bar for casual eating and relaxing. The lower level has a Tavern bar which leads onto the Villa lower grounds, plus washing machine & laundry area. The villa now has a new beautiful 12x6 large Meter pool with large Gazebo & it is completely fenced in compliance with EU laws. There is also a nice play area for Children, including bikes and games. 3 minutes drive from Alla Marginetta are the lovely villages of San Rocco and Focchia. A further 5 mins on from San Rocco is the picturesque town of Pescaglia. Continuing from Focchia is the quaint town of Fabbriche di Vallico.. There are lovely local restaurants in close proximity of the Villa. The area is great for fishing and mountain/hill walking or just chilling. The garden is landscaped very tastefully and gives you total privacy.

“Italian Dream”
We had a great family fortnight in Alla Marginetta. The villa is immaculate and has all you could want for and more. Everything was clean and new - we spent many hours playing pool, swimming, exploring the mountain and the river, barbecues, open fires etc etc. The drive to the villa was a bit of a challenge at first if not used to windy mountain roads but that was soon overcome. It was a great place from which to explore the best Tuscany has to offer! Also great service from the Landlord and the Agent

“Prachtige villa in de heuvels bij Lucca”
Met twee gezinnen hebben we een fantastische vakantieweek gehad in deze bijzonder mooie villa. Het zwembad is prachtig. Onze kinderen hebben in het bos hout gesprokkeld en 's avonds een houtvuur gemaakt bij de vuurplaats. We hebben hiervan genoten. Er zijn heel leuke restaurants op korte afstand van de villa. In Focchia is een zeer bijzondere plek waar grootmoeder Rita een geweldige maaltijd voor ons heeft gekookt.

“This is a beautiful house with every comfort imaginable in a wonderful location.”
Villa Alla Marginetta is a luxurious property in a breath-taking location in Tuscany. It is so well-equipped, - from the kitchen to the outdoor dining areas to the pool area, that we wanted for nothing during the whole week we spent there. It caters for all age groups; there are swings, a slide, a sandpit and plenty of swimming aids for small children, and teenagers have the beautiful swimming pool, and a pool table. There are lots of things to do in the area;The Apuan Alps are easily accessible for climbing and bird-watching (including peregrine falcons and golden eagles). The spa at nearby Bagni di Lucca is well worth a visit, as is the beautiful walled town of Lucca. There are several very good restaurants within a couple of minutes drive. But, even if you feel like doing nothing at all, the Villa has everything that you could possibly need.
