La Masseria San Giovanni Sgadari appartiene ai Baroni Sgadari di Lo Monaco. Si trova sulle Madonie nel cuore della campagna siciliana tra Palermo e Catania. È una dimora feudale, di impianto seicentesco, costituita da più caseggiati con tre corti interne e un giardino con labirinto all'italiana della prima metà del 1700. Una parte di essa è stata recentemente ristrutturata a fini turistici da Maria Antonietta Sgadari. Nei granai e nelle scuderie sono stati realizzati dei saloni per ricevimenti di ogni genere: meeting, seminari, matrimoni, cene di gala e feste. All'esterno si può godere di ampi spazi e di una panoramica piscina. Sono stati, inoltre, realizzati nei vecchi magazzini sei appartamenti - suite – in cottage, con antistante patio ad uso esclusivo, e camere da letto dotate di ogni comfort, oltre ad una sala da pranzo per gli ospiti che può offrire un servizio di ristorazione con prodotti di qualità e ricette della vecchia tradizione culinaria siciliana. All'esterno si può godere di ampi spazi e di una panoramica piscina, da cui si gode un’ampia veduta della splendida vallata, del bosco e del fiume Salso, di fronte ai piccoli villaggi di cui è costellata tutta la zona circostante.

L'incantevole e incontaminato paesaggio e la raffinata eleganza delle ristrutturazioni, immergono il visitatore nella suggestiva ed affascinante atmosfera delle residenze aristocratiche stagionali di campagna, che conservano ancor’oggi tutta la loro antica ruralità.

L'azienda è in regime di agricoltura biologica da oltre 10 anni e produce: olio extra vergine di oliva, grano, vino, ortaggi e frutta, e possono trovarsi conserve e marmellate fatte in casa.

Il Cottage Marcato è un appartamento (circa 50 mq) per almeno 2 persone adulte o 2 adulti + 2 bambini. Appartamento con angolo cucina corredato, con patio ad uso esclusivo con vista panoramica. Composto da: camera da letto matrimoniale, soggiorno con divano letto a due piazze, bagno con vasca.
