"Great stay, definately recommended"

We stayed with a large group of friends and children, and the stay was wonderful. Toatally equipped, and decorated very nicely. We spent most of our time on the main house downstairs, barely didn't use the upstairs kitchen, only the fridge for water. The kitchen even has an ice maker, which was a big plus. The loft area with the twin beds doesn't have a/c, so it may get hot to sleep there if you are counting with that as a bedroom area. Didn't use the villa either but was available and looked comfortable. The pool was super nice, always warm, and with great views during the day and of the stars at night. The bbq on the pool area was a plus, used it every day. Karen met us at the car rental place and guided is to the house. Great stay! Can't wait to go back.

"Great House."

This large well furnished house is in a very central location. It's in good repair, and Renee was very helpful. She picked us up, helped us unload at the house, and enlightened us on all the great local spots before dropping us off at Maritza's (We wholeheartedly recommend renting a jeep from them). We had quick access to all our favorite locations on this quaint island. The home's location and construction made us feel safe and secure. We went to bed each night to the sound of the Coqui frogs. We made the quick drive to the grocery store and brought back steaks for the gas grill to go with the fresh veggies we had picked up from the Tuesday morning farmer's market. It took us less than 10 minutes to get to lunch and shopping in Esperanza. About the same to get to our Buen Provecho each morning in Isabel Segunda for iced coffee and Salmon Bagel. Snorkeling at Green Beach was great. We only rented the top floor for our anniversary this tim

"Sea Patch House in Vieques, puerto Rico"

House, pool, and property were excellent, beautifully furnished and maintained. Beach chairs and beach towels were provided, as well as some snorkeling equipment. Providing starter soap and toilet paper and a few condiments(salt & pepper, etc), plentiful kitchen utensils made cooking our own meals easy. Bravos Boyz, the rental agency, was exceptionally responsive whenever we made an inquiry about anything. We loved working with Laura and Dave.

"Spacious and Comfortable - Amazing View"

Left on 07/23/2015 for a stay in July 2015
We(five adults) stayed at North Shore Pointe in July 2015. The most striking thing about this house is the lovely deck and pool overlooking the ocean. Plenty of comfortable deck furniture, and the pool was clean and refreshing. The views from the house are unmatched. We enjoyed constant ocean breezes, lovely sunsets and it is also a great place to star gaze at night. The house was spacious and well furnished and the kitchen well equipped. Three of the four bedrooms have ocean views and the beds were most comfortable with extra blankets and plenty of pillows. Bathrooms were very clean and spacious, had a good supply of towels (both bath and beach), and two have washer-dryers (total of four in the house) which was most convenient. The booking and arrival process was easy (we flew in from San Juan), however, the representative from Bravos Boyz was late picking us up from the island airport and was generally rude. She was hurried and almost seemed annoyed at our arrival which was most puzzling. We followed her to the property after picking up our rental car, and as she reviewed the "house rules" with us, we all found her tone very condescending. She did not make us feel welcome at all. By contrast, other staff members at Bravos Boyz were very friendly and accommodating when we called with requests for small repairs or questions. Unfortunately there was construction going on at the house next door to us as well as at the house across the street, so most mornings we awoke to drilling and banging which was not pleasant. Otherwise, the location was peaceful and quiet and we enjoyed lovely quiet evenings as the sun went...

"Cute with a caution"

This house was beautifully furnished but had 3 major problems that made using it not worth our money: 1.) AC only reached living room and one bedroom, so other two bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom remained swelteringly hot. Ceiling fans did not pull the cool air across the house. 2.) Backyard had a cast iron pot with water in it and was a breeding ground for a large volume of mosquitoes. It was an unfinished water garden feature gone bad. The mosquitoes were voracious. The patio was lovely, but using it ensured that we became a buffet to the bugs biting. 3.) Tears in the screen on the back doors allowed mosquitoes into the house. We were eaten alive except when we slathered on bug juice. It would have helped if the management had provided candles or mosquito coils to burn on the patio...plus repaired the broken screens, drained the water in the backyard, and added another cooler to the house. House advertisements don't cover AC effectiveness or bug proofing, so I had to say it was properly advertised. If it hadn't been for these three nuisance items, this house would have been just perfect and completely enjoyable.
