Our 2 bedroom beautifully furnished home-from-home apartment is situated in the heart of Polzeath, has stunning views and within a few minutes walk to the beach.
The great location and surrounding countryside is ideal for couples and families alike.
The Space
Fantastic location, modern apartment, peaceful and calm but a stone's throw from the beach and a short walk from shops, pubs and restaurants.
Guest Access
Flat-screen TV, DVD-video recorder, WiFI, Freeview, sunny balcony, parking and a bike/surf store. 2 blow up beds are available to cater up to 6 guests.
No 10 Pentire Rocks will give you the base for a holiday to remember.
Interaction with Guests
Always at the end of a phone-line for any problems and we've a team nearby to drop in and help with anything that isn't functioning or which you are having trouble with.
The Neighbourhood
New Polzeath is a fantastic little suburb of Polzeath village and boasts the best views of the Atlantic Ocean as well as a wonderful sense of community.
Getting Around
Easily accessible by road, with one parking space available for tenants of Flat 10, free.
Bookings can be made 6 months in advance, if you would like to book outside of this timeframe then please feel free to message us.
PLEASE NOTE: Apart from in exceptional circumstances, we only rent by the week for the school summer holidays from Friday to Friday, and for the main school holidays in October and February and Christmas/New Year. Otherwise, from October to July, stays of 2 nights.

a very well furnished and equipped apartment in a great location. Unfortunately due to Coronavirus restrictions we had to return home early but we definitely hope to book it in the future. The owners were very helpful and welcoming.

“Ideal apartment”
Close to all the amenities in Polzeath and a few minutes walk to the beach. A really lovely apartment, well laid out and equiped with its own parking. We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay, dining in and out. The best stay we have had in Polzeath.
