Description

Trehanoo house accommodates 8 people in comfort and is set in a large lawned and terraced garden with beautiful rural views of St Minver and its lowlands in the foreground and the Bodmin moor peaks of Roughtor and Brown Willy in the distance. The lawned garden incorporates a large terrace and raised decking suntrap off the kitchen. The totally separate annexe accommodates 4/5 people and is set in a small, lawned garden with a patio and car park but these rates are just for the house. The annexe details can be found on other sites, type Trehanoo into google for further information.

Four spacious bedrooms, a large sitting room with squashy sofas and a kitchen with large round table seating 8 to enjoy dinner at home. Outside a webber barbecue for balmy evenings on the terrace. For the extra holiday factor, £15 per head gets the beds made up with freshly laundered duvet covers and a bath and hand towel supplied.

Trehanoo house and annexe are situated just off the coast path between Polzeath and Daymer Bay on the North Cornwall coast, which is the perfect location to enjoy this famous holiday area.

It is minutes from the cliff path walk leading to the fantastic surfing beach of Polzeath. The coast path runs along to the rock pools of Greenaway, ideal for crabbing and exploring, and on to the miles of sand at Daymer Bay which is heaven for sandcastles and windsurfing .

Trehanoo is only 2 Miles from Rock beach where you can sail, waterski, go on fishing trips or catch the Ferry to Padstow. There are also two golf courses within 2 miles of the house, Roserrow and St Enedoc.
