Description
Wheel Lodge is the smaller of our four self-catering cottages. All cottages are to a VisitBritain 4* grade, which are all carefully maintained.
Wheel Lodge has 1 double bedroom. A cot, if requested, can also be accommodated. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is well equipped and central heating is by a combination boiler. Kitchen fitments include fridge/freezer, electric cooker with ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. There is a shower enclosure, toilet and basin with mirror and shaver point above, a shower stool is also available.
Wheel Lodge has its own garden with patio and two wooden garden chairs. Parking on site.
Access is by a slight ramp to the front door and via a flat path from the parking area to the rear door. There is just one step in the property which is into the shower enclosure where there is a wall grab-handle.

“A cute lodge in a wonderful location”
I decided a surprise new year break for my girlfriend, our small dog and I for 4 nights at the end of 2020 and so glad I did. The location is superb for a small walk into port Isaac along the coast or a more direct route along public footpaths through woodland and farm fields. Wheel lodge had all the cutlery needed for us, good TV with Netflix, nice shower and a small garden area to let dogs out to do their business. Angela was extremely responsive when I asked any questions and clearly takes pride in being a good host. We now have wonderful memories in this area and hope to revisit again soon.

“Very Comfotable Stay”
Unfortunately our stay was cut short as my wife's sister was taken into hospital very ill. so we left two days early however the time we spent there was very comfortable and we were greeted by the owners who were very friendly. We had everything we needed and were very cosy and warm. We would consider returning for a longer period. Thank you.

“Wonderful trip.”
This lodge was everything we needed for our break away. Homely & cosy, all that was needed was there. A welcome cake & pint of milk was a lovely touch. We loved it here & would highly recommend. We shall return in the future.
