Description
No. 9 Seaspray is a comfortable apartment situated in a prime position overlooking the beautiful beach of Porthtowan on the north coast of Cornwall.
The accommodation consists of two bedrooms and sleeps 4. There is a double bedroom on the mezzanine/first floor and twin bedrooms at ground level. The apartment also has a well equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower over the bath The open-plan lounge/dining area opens out onto its own private balcony from which to while away the hours in the sun, enjoying stunning views of the beach and cliffs beyond.
This cosy retreat by the beach is great for romantic breaks as well as for families who are looking to relax and enjoy everything Cornwall has to offer, right on their doorstep.
FEATURES : Short breaks available (minimum of 3 nights) at low season. Please enquire. Dogs welcome at no additional charge. Electricity and heating included. LCD TV with Freeview & DVD player, CD player. Bed linen and duvets included (please bring towels)There is wifi in the flat wifi access available in the Blue Bar underneath the apartments.
NB: Please note that a refundable security deposit of £100 is required (payable to Holiday Lettings) and is normally refundable within 10 days of checking-out.

Access Statement:Level concrete pathway leading up to the apartment. Enter the apartment from path by stepping up a small threshold. Hallway floor is laminated with rug. Open-plan living/dining area is carpeted and kitchen area has laminated flooring. Bathroom with shower-over and twin bedroom on the same level. Twin-bedroom is also carpeted with one small rug. Small threshold over from French doors onto decked balcony. Wooden open stairs to mezzanine bedroom which is also carpeted.
PORTHTOWAN: The apartment is within very easy walking distance of all local amenities. Porthtowan has its own surf-hire, mini-supermarket, fish n' chips, ice-cream parlour, beach cafe, two bars and a hairdressers.
There are also stunning coastal walks on your doorstep: one particularly lovely walk is to Chapel Porth (1.5 miles). A picturesque cove with a National Trust cafe and home to famous Wheal Coates tin mine.
Cycle hire - 1.5 miles / 3 miles, Golf - Truro 8 miles, Killiow, 9 miles, Tehidy, 5 miles , Fishing - Falmouth/Hayle Surf hire - in the village of Porthtowan

“Incredible view!”
Such a cute old fashioned apartment with the most incredible sea & sunset view. Had everything you needed in the apartment. Porthtowan is a lovely surfer village with a couple of great restaurants, shop, surf shop and incredible walks around the coast! Went with husband baby and dog and would definitely visit again.
