Description

Stylish and modern apartment with sea view recently renovated, located in the upper part of the town is divided into three levels. Not suitable for children because of its disposal but surely great for couples and couples of friends.

The apartment, about 75 square meters, has two independent accesses: from an entrance leads directly to the first bedroom with bathroom and shower, going up a few stairs to access the kitchen-living room with balcony overlooking the sea.

The second entrance, main, is always in the kitchen from which, through a few steps, leads to the upper floor where is another double bedroom with bath and shower and a balcony overlooking the sea. Comfortably furnished, the apartment has heating, air conditioning and tv in all rooms, absolutely quiet.

The sea is 150 m away and the car park is located at ca. 300 m.

Great host, there to greet us. Modern in style and open plan across 3 floors. Built in to La Rocca and in the old part of town with easy access to restaurants and bars
