casa "Peppy" si trova in una delle località più rinomate e ambite per le vacanze siciliane, San Vito lo Capo con spiagge bianche, di origine corallina e mare cristallino. Ubicata nel pieno centro del paese si affaccia nell'isola pedonale serale, e a pochi passi da supermercati, farmacia, negozi, banche e ufficio postale . La casa dista solamente 350 metri dalla spiaggia, che è raggiungibile a piedi in pochissimi minuti. La casa è molto confortevole, arredata con colori mediterranei è climatizzata, indipendente, ideale per 4/6 persone. La casa è posta su due livelli: ingresso grande al piano terra; 2 camere 1 cameretta, bagno con doccia al primo piano; cucina abitabile 2 verande (1 con tavolo da esterno; barbecue e doccia esterna con acqua calda, e 1 con zona relax e solarium con sdraio e salottino da esterno) nell'attico. Vi forniamo: stoviglie , tv satellitare, phon, lavatrice, asse e ferro da stiro, ombrellone e sedie per la spiaggia , la biancheria, la culla e il seggiolone per i bambini

“Casa azzurro mare”
Abbiamo trascorso 9 giorni a San Vito. La casa è in in centro vicino alla spiaggia, è molto pulita ristrutturata con molto gusto I proprietari molto cortesi e disponibili. La consiglio.

“Ottimo appartamento per famiglie”
Tre stupende settimane trascorse a San Vito, specialmente grazie all' ottima sistemazione. L' appartamento e' davvero molto confortevole e provvisto di tutto (viaggiando con un bambino piccolo, e' decisamente un vantaggio avere a disposizione cio' di cui si fa uso anche a casa) . Ci siamo particolarmente goduti anche le due belle terrazze, per cene all' aperto con barbecue e tanto spazio per il bambino per giocare. Il padrone di casa poi, Sig. Saura, e' stato gentilissimo: ci ha accolto con un vassoio di ottimi dolcetti siciliani ed e' sempre stato molto diponibile durante tutto il periodo dellavacanza. Davvero un' ottima esperienza!

“Azzurro come il mare!”
Partiamo col dire che il gestore è molto gentile, simpatico e disponibile sia per quanto concerne gli appartamenti e sia per dare indicazioni utili (posto da visitare, locali, ristoranti)! Le vacanze sono state splendide anche grazie all ottima sistemazione dei due appartamenti che abbiamo occupato nei circa 15 gg di vacanza. Gli appartamenti erano situati in zona centrale, comodissimi e vicino al supermercato, Peschiera, panificio e macelleria ( tutto nel raggio di 50 mt), il mare invece si trovava a circa1 km. Nei bellissimi appartamenti, arredati con stile marinaresco con gusto e cura del particolare, c era tutto l occorrente che serviva. Condizionatore, ferro da stiro, lavatrice, biancheria pulita, letti comodi, divano letto. Insomma consiglio vivamente di provare questa esperienza nel paradiso di San Vito lo capo!

“Una casa confortevole”
Sono stata con la mia famiglia, 6 persone di cui due figli di 11 anni e due adolescenti. La casa è confortevole, abbiamo trovato tutto pulito e funzionante. Ci sono un pò di scale ma questo fa si che che la zona giorno e notte siano sperate in modo ottimale. ovviamente è poco praticabile se ci sono persone anziane e con problemi motori.Buona la vicinanza dal mare (5 min. a piedi).
