Description
We are following all TRIPADVISOR guidelines regarding effective cleaning and disinfection of our property so as to avoid the spread of COVID-19.
The apartment is spacious, consisting of one bedroom with king size bed, two rooms with a sofa double bed and a single sofa bed each, kitchen, internal laundry , two bathrooms, entrance hall, pantry, internal private car parking space and condominium green area. A smart working confortable mobile desk with a 10" notenbook is available for your business job. The two balconies , exposed respectively on the tree-lined avenue and the sea and on the inside condominium green area, allow the apartment pleasantly airy. The flat is also served by an efficient air conditioning and autonomous main heating. The accommodation is located on the first floor with lift and is in excellent condition, newly renovated, is furnished and equipped for up to 8 people. The apartment is equipped with the following accessories : 4 television sets , one with satellite TV and 3 with digital -terrestrial, kitchen with gas hob and electric hob, electric oven, fridge, freeze, blender, washing machine, iron with support, hair dryer and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Linen, towels and utilities included in the price. After an intense day of vacation is pleasant to sleep through the noise of the waves and smell the sea.

Overview
Within 50 meters are located: bar-pastry, bakery and pizzeria, tobacconist & newspapers, fruit-vegetable shop and supermarkets. Within 100 meters there are stops of public transport connecting the center and off-center and the terminus of the characteristic Circumetnea the mode, to visit the most picturesque foothill countries. A few steps from the house is the marina, the place of occasional evening events. Restaurants, fish shops, cinemas, pubs, pizzerias, wine bars, cafes, supermarkets, internet-point, banks, post offices and pharmacies are within a few steps from the apartment. The promenade that runs from the marina of Ripon to the port of Torre Archirafi offers a relaxed atmosphere for a walk at seaside and fine restaurants and pubs on stilts for the entire night.

The ability to plan your trip according to your needs; The convenient location,is the hub for connecting the various points of interest in eastern Sicily, allows you to choose between different activities; from walking on the promenade, from excursions to sites of historical interest such as Syracuse, Catania, Agrigento, Taormina, Piazza Armerina, etc ... from swimming in the sea close home from skiing in the winter season on the highest volcano in Europe, from simply relaxing in the balcony, from courses diving and sailing in the marina just a few meters from the house.
Other Things to Highlight
Turning the corner of the building, there is the possibility to rent cars, motorcycles and bicycles. Do not miss the interesting but little-known attraction of the place: the Etna tour with the train of circumetnea, through different countries of 'Etna starting from Riposto and stops in the town of Giarre, Linguaglossa, Randazzo, Bronte, Adrano and Paterno (famous for one of the biggest water park in Italy, "etna Land") and the last stop in the center of Catania.

They arrived in Sicily full of positivity and with a very specific idea: to visit eastern Sicily without using the car. It was a challenge won for us too and a pleasure to be able to help them realize their program: the collaboration with them enriched us with so much important information and it was a pleasant experience due to the contagious good humor and the amount of details they reported to us with enthusiasm about their experience around Riposto and over.
