The structure is divided into three levels: four bedrooms; three bathrooms; large living room with fireplace, equipped with double sofa bed; large kitchen indoor, outdoor kitchen, outdoor pool, garden.

“Grown up family trip to Sicily”
The host Armundo was great. Contacted me on multiple occasions before the trip to find out who was going when our flights were etc. We arrived in Sicily and took longer than expected getting out of the airport. Armundo was great. Invited us to his other business for breakfast and drinks while the villa was still being prepared. After breakfast we went to the Villa and were greeted by his parents who's house it used to be. They were the ones preparing the Villa for our visit. They showed us round and explained everything nicely. The Villa is very nice. You can across all 4 of the floors if there is enough of you or just the 3 like we did. Aircon is in the bedrooms and the main living area. 3 bathrooms, large kitchen, wifi plus loads more. Outside the pool is amazing, great space for sun bathing and a little court yard for BBQ. Plus there is a veranda if you want to get out of the sun or eat outside. And that's just the back of the Villa. The front has electric gates, some more seating area and another little court yard. The Villa is situated in a very quiet area but you're only a 5 min drive to either the beach tourist area or to the centre of the next town which is very pretty and has lots of places to eat. Palermo is about a 20 min drive away and the airport less than that. All in all a great Villa. Great host with great parents.

“Exactly as advertised.Perfect location for touring or relaxing privately.Wonderful host.”
Highly recommended. Our host was waiting for us on arrival. A good bottle of Italian Red Wine and platters of fruit, meat, cheese and breads to make us welcome.The property was exactly as described in a secure private setting. Wonderful views of the mountains on one side and the sea from the rear terrace. Wonderful to enjoy a nice drink while watching the waves break whenever it got a little breeze up! Weather was wonderful, warm but the sea breeze kept it comfortable. Shopping centre, complete with coffee shops & restaurants within walking distance. Short drive to old city and many nice restaurant. Bye Bye Blues is a must do. Excellent quality and value and wonderful service even for a large group with children. Trapini and Marsala about an hours drive and well worth it! Great touring base and good to know host was always available at short notice if required. Highly recommended.
