Description
The hexagon Brat is a structure located in a building of the early 800 's comprised of a living room, kitchen large (20sqm), bathroom and 4 bedrooms very spacious and comfortable rooms, two with private bathroom and two with shared bathroom.
One bedroom is on the ground floor, the other three bedrooms are on the first floor and all have a balcony. Each room of the House has an air conditioner.
Room no. 1 – double with private bathroom 1 double bed, shower, WC, air conditioning, Room No. 2 – quadruple room with private bathroom 1 double bed, 2 single beds (possibility to add 1 single bed), shower, WC, air conditioning, balcony on the roofs of the town.
Room no. 3 – 1 double bed (possibility to add 1 single bed), bathroom (large shower and bathroom) shared with the room no. 4, air conditioning, balcony on the roofs of the town.

The House, which has been completely renovated, but leaving the facade of 800, is right in the historical centre of Avola, Sicily, land of almonds and nero d'Avola.
It is sheltered from the noise because, as the mansions of yesteryear, gives onto an inner courtyard, where you can park for free, right next to the main course.
The sea is about 800, you can go on foot or even better on a bike.
A few miles away, literally breathtaking tourist resorts, the Vendicari nature reserve; the Baroque Known with the teatro comunale, the historical centre perched and its famous cathedral collapsed in 1990 and now restored. the fishermen's harbour of Marzamemi; the Greek Theatre and the arethuse of Syracuse. Is a territory rich in natural and architectural beauty, art and culture.
