Description

The Old Shippon has been tastefully converted from the old milking parlour and is situated within its own grounds on the banks of the stream which leads its way through the valley to the beach at Crackington Haven.

The accommodation consists of:

One Double Bedroom

Two Twin Bedrooms

Outside this property benefits from a large gated decked area as well as its own private enclosed garden. The property itself overlooks the woodland beyond the stream where many kinds of wildlife such as Deer, Badgers and Fox can often been seen.

Beds will be made for however we do not provide Towels.

Electricity, For all holidays in The Old Shippon the Meter will be read on your arrival and departure, you will be given a weekly credit of £30.00, if you do go over this you will be charged the current unit rate we pay.

This decision hasn't been taken lightly, but to avoid rental prices going up due to the charging of electric vehicles we think this is fair to all our customers.

Storage heating will remain free from the end of September to the end of March.

We may be able to provide a cot (subject to availability) if you require, however please not that we are unable to provide cot bedding.

Response from the owner Many thanks for the review, if only you had informed of us of your problems whilst staying we would have then seen to them immediately, we have now put the hot water to the correct temperature and installed a new shower, the bed in question has also been renewed, glad you enjoyed yourselves though despite the problems you had to put up with.
