Description
This Beautiful apartment is set in the delightful seaside village of Cawsand, looking across Cawsand Bay to Plymouth Sound. The intention has been to provide superior quality accommodation for couples. It is few minutes easy walking to the local shops, Public Houses and Beaches.
The luxury apartment, Upper Deck, is set in the sleepy village of Cawsand. It has its own private entrance and it offers a peaceful retreat in a beautiful setting. Catering for singles or couples, the Upper Deck is a newly converted loft style apartment encompassing high quality fixtures and fittings, including a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and fridge, there is also a high spec bathroom with Jacuzzi style bath that's big enough for two!!! The house bath towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. The main accommodation with its floor to ceiling windows give panoramic views of Cawsand Bay and the surrounding country side and yes the photos of the views including the deer are all from that window. You also have a two seater sofa, a flat screen TV with integral DVD including Sky channels a CD player, a King size bed with all bed linen provided, the Bose music system also has radio, clock and Alarm. There is also free WIFI in the apartment.
The outside space is a huge deck area which has a BBQ and plenty of seating to enjoy a glass of wine and a meal whilst looking out at the gorgeous country side and fantastic Cawsand Bay with all it's hive of activities passing you by.

“A relaxing stay in Cornwalls beautiful forgotten corner”
We stayed in Cawsand last week, an area that we hadn't visited before. We were very impressed with such a lovely, typically "Cornish", area being so accessible. Cawsand and Kingsand run into each other and there is a choice of four excellent pubs that all do food. There is also a regular, small ferry that goes from Cawsand to the Barbican at Plymouth which is well worth a visit. The Rame peninsula is right onto the Cornish Coastal Path with lovely walks. Kean Hill was a great choice of place to stay. My husband and I had the upper deck apartment which was great for two people, very comfortable with a superb sea view and easy access to the town and sea front. Helen made us very welcome and was really helpful and friendly. We will certainly visit again!
