Description
Welcome to Beachway, a totally refurbished ground floor apartment of an 18th century cottage, fronting onto Cawsand Square.
It is just 50m from the beach and benefits from a flower-tub filled courtyard to the rear, through which the friendly owners gain access to their top half of the cottage.
Within staggering distance of the pub and shop in the square, you can catch a foot ferry straight off the beach during the summer, which will take you to Plymouth's historic barbican area. If you are lucky you will be entertained by dolphins playing in its wash.
There are games, books and superfast wifi to keep you amused indoors, and please help yourselves to the buckets, spades and fishing nets when heading out for the day.
For the more active, there are two kayaks for you to explore Cawsand Bay and fishing rods for those hopeful of some mackerel and a barbecued meal on the beach following a hard day at sea!
With an open fire (logs are on the house) and full central heating, the apartment is ideal for out of season escapes, or those just wanting to cosy up with a glass of wine and relax.
The apartment is in one of the few cottages in the village, where you can load/unload easily and turn your vehicle around.

“Very central and comfortable home from home break”
Great location on village square in ground floor apartment of cottage. 2 mins walk to beach and pub serving good food next door. Comfy beds, great shower and everything else you need for a good break. 3 other pubs in town (with Kingsand) and some great food on offer. We had great weather but if you were there during a cold break an open fire with supply of logs and coal all there and available to use.

“WOW”
Wonderful accommodation, wonderful location and wonderful hosts. It’s just the little things that makes me want to rave about this place, e.g. milk and a bottle of wine, tea, coffee and most of all bog roll! The major things were how clean it was and how homely it made you feel. It was the RnR that we were looking for.
