Description
Tresevens is a spacious 5 bedroom detached house, sleeping 10-12 (ideally 8 adults and 4 children) , with a private garden. Ideally located 700 yards from the long sandy beach of Polzeath, the house is only minutes from the very popular Oyster Catcher pub and its fantastic views across the mouth of the Camel Estuary. Daymer Bay is an easy walk away and it is a five minute drive to the sailing village of Rock as well as to the Black Tor Ferry which operates across the river to the fishing town of Padstow. There are also several Golf Clubs very close by.
The property was renovated in 2012 with some recent additions by the new owners and has been finished to a comfortable standard. We really like the property as it’s a walk from Polzeath and Daymer Beach, but up on the hill away from the hubbub, beautifully bright and with gorgeous views out across the countryside.
