In the countryside of Trapani, in a beautiful old renovated farmhouse, we offer comfortable accommodation with all the comforts to spend for couples, families and groups an unforgettable holiday. Strategic location to reach the most beautiful seaside resorts of western Sicily, our vacation home is located in the middle of a district formerly inhabited by Saracens, hence the name Fraginesi of Arab origin, today has become a popular tourist destination. Our apartments can accommodate 2 to 4 people, are totally independent, perfectly finished, furnished in a simple and elegant, complete with all the comforts that are now part of our daily lives: - Air conditioning with heat pump - separate bathroom with shower - satellite TV - bed linen and towels - kitchenette equipped with all the dishes and utensils necessary - refrigerator - hair dryer all rooms have their own entrance with a private veranda, umbrella, table and chairs. Large areas are dedicated to common services: solarium, terrace with chairs and tables, barbecue available for guests in the garden, free reserved parking in the building. Included in the price are the following services: bed linen, electricity, water, gas, barbecue, satellite TV, wi-fi, washing line, parking.

Response from the owner Spett.li Signori Quando non si rispettano semplici regole ci si ritrova poi a fare inutili polemiche e lamentele sterili e non veritiere. Tutto diventa mezzo e materia di ripicca : la strada diventa impraticabile, l'umidità, la polvere... Volevamo però precisare che : La dotazione della cucina è chiaramente indicata sulle pagine internet ma faremo tesoro del Vostro suggerimento per considerare l'ipotesi di inserire un fornetto. Il frigo da 120 litri è più che sufficiente per la tipologia media dei nostri ospiti (soggiorni brevi) e proporzionato a quello che offriamo e che indichiamo chiaramente : mini appartamenti monolocali corredati con attrezzature assolutamente nuove che vengono controllate e sostituite regolarmente. La strada per arrivare in struttura purtroppo non è di nostra proprietà e anzi abbiamo provveduto (come ogni anno) ad effettuare una manutenzione a totale nostra spesa. Trattasi infatti di normale strada sterrata, certamente praticabile e percorribile con tutti i normali mezzi. Tutti gli ospiti vengono accolti da noi chiedendo loro con gentilezza e discrezione di attenersi a semplici regole. All'arrivo, con la consegna delle chiavi (che facciamo sempre personalmente) spieghiamo chiaramente che c'è una chiavetta per inserire il condizionatore quando si è in camera. Staccarla e lasciarla inserita non è furbizia. Ma ciò sta alla sensibilità e rispetto di ognuno.. Ciò perchè, al di là dell'inutile consumo di corrente e risorse ambientali (visto che bastano pochi minuti a portare a temperatura fresca l'ambiente) essendoci in zona problemi di bassa tensione abbiamo già dovuto sostituire due condizionatori. La linea internet è il massimo ottenibile in questa zona (10mb/1mb d/u) causa impossibilità di installare linee più veloci Ogni appartamento, prima di essere consegnato, viene accuratamente pulito e controllato, verificando anche il funzionamento di apparecchiature, dotazioni e servizi. Tale nostro impegno è ampiamente riscontrato dai nostri ospiti (punteggio medio pulizia Booking di 8,8). Se lo scarico del wc si bloccava bastava segnalarlo (visto che siamo sempre presenti in struttura) e l'avremmo prontamente sistemato. La tassa di soggiorno è stata correttamente applicata : 2 persone (dai 12 anni in su) per 4 giorni più marca da bollo da apporre su ricevuta contratto affitto uso turistico. Questo è il totale che è stato calcolato e che è stato pagato. Ad ogni modo accogliamo ben volentieri apprezzamenti e critiche costruttive da tutti coloro che ci scelgono . Tutti i giorni ci impegniamo e ci spendiamo personalmente affinché il soggiorno dei nostri ospiti sia gradevole e confortevole.
