All outdoor space is close at 10 pm. Socializing in the common area is not allowed after 10 pm. Please move into your unit to continue socializing with the doors and windows closed for noise control. Tiki Moon Villas is located in a residential neighborhood and remaining a good neighbor continues to be a priority for us and we appreciate your support towards this goal.

Everything was perfect, great location. The bungalow was clean and had everything we needed . The property manager was very informative about places we should see.

“Too good to be true? Not this time”

It was amazing. Better than stated here, honestly. Perfect. Lovely. Everyone was not only respectful of the covid sitch but very accommodating. I’d do that again over and over.
