The caravan is set on a 30 acre croft high up on the hill overlooking the Beauly Firth and beyond to the Black Isle and the surrounding hills and rivers. The view is truly magnificent and unparalleled. Our site is exclusive and peaceful, accommodating just three caravans.

We are centrally situated for touring the Highlands as well as only being a mile or so from Beauly village which boasts a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants. There is fishing, bird watching, golf, pony trekking, lovely walks and drives all around the area. Watch Red Kites soar overhead from the comfort of your caravan!

The Willerby Mistral is a brand new 2017 12ft x 35ft, 3 bedroom static caravan. It is 8 berth and fully equipped with modern, good quality furnishings and equipment. This caravan benefits from gas central heating and double glazing. The bathroom has a large shower cabinet and sink; in addition there is also a separate toilet and wash hand basin. The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave and full size fridge freezer, whilst the modern lounge boasts a LCD TV with Freeview and DVD, and gas fire, where you can sit in comfort and enjoy our amazing views.

All gas and electricity, towels, tea towels, bed linen and duvets are provided at no extra charge! And why not try our fresh farm eggs from our own free range hens.

Your caravan is privately set away from other units in the park. It has its own garden furniture to sit and admire the views and even spot a Red Kite or two. The carpark is situated at the entrance to the park and within close proximity of this property. Small bicycle storage shed.

“Great Views over the Beauly Firth and surrounding area.”

Close to Beauly and Muir Of Ord, with some good restaurants and chip shops. great base to explore the surrounding area. Caravan clean and tidy.

“Lovely Easter stay”

We booked this lovely rental for an Easter holiday stay. The holiday home is lovely and cosy and comfortable. It is in an excellent place to explore the local area and further afield. We even managed to find some snow at the top of the Cairngorms. The caravan is nicely furnished, feels very new and clean and has everything you need for a self catering break. The central hearing was excellent and the caravan warmed up quickly and was very cosy. Julie and her family made us very welcome and even invited our three year old to the Easter egg hunt organised for her two lovely girls who showed us some of the newborn lambs. Overall we had a really fantastic break away in this most beautiful part of the country. We would happily return for another stay if we were visiting the area again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Julie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
