Giardino di Limoni is eco-friendly villa 7 sleeps. 350 mt from the sea, in 2 hectare of lemons garden and tropical fruits. Wifi, air conditioning. Enjoy with our small production of honey, extra virgin olive oil, Nero d’Avola wine.

Our Villa is 350 mt away from sand beach, in Lido di Noto, known as Noto Marina.

Totally autonomous villa, 80 sqm + 40 sqm veranda, independent gate, free parking. Outside extra shower.

The villa is in a very quiet and wide lemons garden. There are 20,000 sqm garden of lemon wood, tropical fruit trees, olives grove and vineyard. We have one donkey and some others small animals. Fresh chicken eggs every day for our guests.

The garden is watered in summer season, then the property is fresher than the surrounding areas.

Comfortable beds with slats and foam latex mattresses in bedrooms.

Barbecue, satellite TV with international channel, dishwasher, garden furniture, bike. Wood for stove for winter period.

Toys for children, slide, swing, playground, 2x4 mt swimming pool, hammock, Divx DVD player, baby cot and highchair.

A short trekking distance away, along the coast there is Vendicari natural oasis where bathing is allowed. Long stay discounted rate.

Eco home, Ecotourism, eco-friendly villa:

heating and cooling with heat pump, storm windows, double glazing, 100% utilization of energy saving lamps, photovoltaic panels produce more than 100% of the energy absorbed by consumption, waste recycling, composter, burning of pruning of our trees as fuel for stove,

During your stay you can harvest for free: bio lemons (all year around), oranges, grapes, pomegranate, grapefruit, white mulberry, kaki, plums, apricots. Some tropical fruit: bananas, feijoa, guava, white sapote, mango, avocado, macadamia, water berries. Vegetable: tomatoes, aubergines, peppers, lettuce, zucchini and more.

We have a small bio production of honey, extra virgin olive oil and “Nero D’Avola” wine.

Means of access

Airplane + car from Catania airport: follow the highway for Siracusa, Avola and Noto, take the exit "Noto", continue for Lido di Noto. We are 80 km away from Catania, free highway, 45 minutes away.

Response from the manager The lush garden and lemon trees together with farm animals (a horse, two donkeys, 2 goats) are the strong point of the house. All children hosted like to give them something to eat and have a great time watching them free to run in open spaces. The animals are housed in an enclosed area away from the house. Any of my guests so far has noticed the presence of many flies. However, the flies, outdoors, in natural surroundings, in the countryside, in some periods of the year are common, with animals or not. If you do not like to live in a natural environment, a small paradise near the sea, you can always choose an apartment in the city, a few meters from the sea! I have one!
