Our holiday apartment provides a practical location in any period of the year, whether you are on holidays or on business. Ideal for a couple, confortable and functional for a family.

The warmth of wood,

the elegance and the comfort of the parquet,

the ambience of a mansard roof,

the charme of a cool loft,

all in our Palermo apartment rental for holiday or business...

You just need the keys, nothing else!

Our Loft, downstairs.

Cosy and comfortable Living-area with a balcon.

Lounge, double sofa-bed, kitchenette, dining-table for 4; cloakroom, bathroom.

Kitchen provided with all accessories. All kitchen fittings are brand new. Table-cloth, table mats, dish-towels, hot dish holders provided.

Bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, basin. Linen provided.

Our Loft, upstairs.

Large and open Sleeping-area with skylights.

Mezzanine with a Double-bed for a couple, a Chaise-longue for relax and modern accessories such as a nice stand and an orange stylish floor lamp.

Blanket and bad linen provided.

Outside, in a few minutes just walking, you can promenade the seaside from where you can look the entire gulf of Palermo, visit the most important historical sites and the Botanical Garden and you can taste all the tipical gastronomical specialities of Palermo.

Free parking.

Rates include wi-fi intenet, gas, electricity, water, towels, linen and final cleaning, taxes.

On request a bed for children is available for free.

Deposit 20% (due in 2 days after confirmation)

Response from the owner Having Joy and Norman in our apartment for three months it was a real pleasure. Each owner would like to have hosts as Joy and Norman. Simona and I will remember their politeness, their kindness and their respect for our apartment and for neighbourhood. When they lived our house even for short periods they didn’t miss to communicate it to us. And once come back they told with enthusiasm what they had visited around our beautiful Sicily.
