This one bedroom cottage is a spacious holiday home, offering bright, modern accommodation with a wet room shower and making it the perfect romantic location for two.Set within five miles of the vibrant town of Newquay, this charming property is one of a group of barn conversions, situated on a hillside overlooking the lush green scenery of the region. Comfortable and well presented, this property provides spectacular views across the valley as well as a cosy home-from-home atmosphere - perfect for a romantic break for two. The cottage is within easy driving distance of all the area's amenities and exciting activities making it an ideal place for anyone looking to explore everything this wonderful region has to offer.

Amenities: Oil underfloor heating. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, flat screen, smart TV, DVD and fibre to premises broadband WiFi (Fibre Broadband). Town: Set in the open fields and hedgerows of northern Cornwall is the tiny village of St Newlyn East, offering a peaceful alternative to the bustling resort town of Newquay, just five miles away. With a number of wonderful country trails, this area is popular with cyclists and ramblers though there are a number of other activities open to visitors throughout the year, including model railways, theme parks, fishing villages, harbours and some of the UK's best surfing beaches. For a vibrant night life, visitors will enjoy the fabulous clubs and bars available in nearby Newquay as well as its more sedate day time attractions of the Zoo and Sea Life Centre. The cathedral city of Truro and the Eden project are also within easy driving distance, making this a wonderfully varied location.

this self catering place has the most amenities and equipment you could wish for, plenty of room and very comfortable. Would thoroughly recommend it for a stay in Cornwall.

We were greeted by anne and Howard and everything was immaculate as ever. I had ordered a hamper from Trevilley Farm shop and this had been packed away for me. Beautiful surroundings very peaceful.
