In the heart of Ortigia, a few steps from Arethusa's Fountain, the Duomo/ Cathedral , Piazza Archimede and only 50 meters from a lovely beach.
Totally renovated apartment with excellent finishing.
Duplex apartment comprises: entrance hall, large kitchen / breakfast room, two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a family room with double bed and sofa bed, with private bathroom outside.
All rooms have air conditioning, mini bar, flat screen TV (Smart TV in the room "Naturally Green") WI - FI.

How do damage deposits work?
