A modern contemporary designed light filled house. Well furnished first floor reception room overlooking private park. Kitchen and dining area with patio doors out on to a private south facing garden. A quiet holiday home in the suburbs yet all the attractions of London within easy reach.

Not forgetting the excitements in store at Chessington World of Adventures for younger guests. Perfect for a self catering vacation in Surrey, England.

The accommodation extends to 3 floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen/dining area leading directly out onto a large patio and south facing garden, there is also a cloakroom. The first floor comprises a lovely reception room and a twin bedroom with a family bathroom containing bath and shower. The second floor has a magnificent master bedroom with en-suite and a further twin bedroom. The ground floor has wooden flooring and the rest of the house is carpeted.There is ample parking.

Response from the owner Thank you for your very positive review and complimenting the layout and the cleanliness of the house and I am pleased you enjoyed staying in Sunnybank House. As you have mentioned guests find the location of the house fantastic as it is only 3 minutes from Ewell West train station. You commented in your thank you email to me that your 2 girls found the twin beds not to their liking. These are 2 quality single beds less than a year old and purchased from John Lewis. I guess it is just a personal issue. We have only ever had compliments about the comfort of our beds & quality linen.. We always leave a good supply of toilet rolls for all 3 toilets, and hand towels in each bathroom. I can only assume you were expecting many days supply of toilet rolls and several hand towels for each bathroom. My text & email responses were very quick,usually within the hour. Thank you for saying I was a good host. I am pleased that I could help by receiving your 2 packages including a new childs buggy which was delivered to my home about 2 weeks before your stay which I then placed in the house before your arrival on the check in day.
