ROYAL SEA CLIFF RESORT, KAILUA KONA
An architectural masterpiece that cascades down from an ancient lava-flow bluff to a wide swath of the best pristine oceanfront in Hawaii. Ocean views of Local Fisherman, Cruise Ships, Whales and Dolphins, Surfers, and Para sailing. With over 7 tropical acres, your apartment is an oasis of privacy and peacefulness.

YET ONLY A MILE TO KONA
Many love the easy and level stroll, run or bike to the historic center of Kona. Hint: try the 2 dollar town “trolley”. Where the iconic early stone Church and the Queens Palace stand. And plenty of good shopping, restaurants, bars, live entertainment and a lively farmers and crafts market in the center of town. You are close to Hawaii's famous Gold Coast, Kohala with fashionable mall shopping and acres of golf courses.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME (and free wireless)
Your apartment is a private unit with Central Air Condition, free Wi-Fi, free Phone calls and gated Indoor Parking. It's just been refurbished and with its 9' plus high ceilings and large Lanai (Porch) it feels quite spacious. A welcome kit of soaps and paper products makes you first days very convenient.
A full-size Kitchen and Dining Bar is stocked with appliances and utensils. A large Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Stove with a large Oven. The full length Closet and dressing area has a convenient Washer/Dryer and a separate Vanity area. The full-sized bathtub/shower has it's own private room. The apartment is Wheel-Chair accessible.

LARGE PRIVATE BEDROOM
The spacious bedroom has a King bed that can slip apart for two long full size beds.
A full length closet is stocked with extra linens and Beach items.
Also a nice wicker bench at the foot of the bed and a dresser and Mirror along with a comfortable chair.

You'll certainly be spending a lot of time on the Lanai, with its tropical garden and horizon ocean views. There is a wet bar with sink to rinse your sandy swimwear and sandals off. And a nice patio set with four chairs for refreshing dining. Along with a couple of nice lounge chairs.

ROYAL SEA CLIFF RESORT AMENITIES
The resort is constantly being refreshed and maintained, it feels so tropical. You can walk the central gardens with palms, mangoes, and a stream with waterfalls and pools along your way. There are beautiful vantage points over the gardens. As you reach the Ocean, there are two large swimming pools directly on the Ocean Front. Both have dressing room facilities, and new in-ground jetted spa, sauna, and a cabana for covered dining and with your choice of gorgeous fresh water or salt water large swimming pools.
There are 2 professional BBQ areas, Ping Pong Table, an exclusive Tennis Court, plus a Game Room. Also a computer with a printer for free.
