Description

The Balcony is a 1200 sq. ft. two bedroom one bath vacation rental with a full deck that overlooks the stocked pond and lower tiers of the property. It is the upper level apartment within a two-story separate structure we call The BALCONY. Feel free to do some fishing. No licence needed. Sleeps 4 comfortably and more if need be. (The 12% GA Accommodation Tax is included in the pricing.)

There's no question that the North Georgia Mountains is one of the most spectacular areas in the world! Located one mile from Lake Chatuge the Yewit Center is centrally located between Hiawassee and Young Harris, GA and only a few miles from historic Hayesville, NC. We encourage you to go to the Towns County Chamber of Commerce website. You will find it hard to believe the activities and happenings in these parts. Hiking, water sports, zip lines, restaurants, antiques, white water rafting, bass and fly fishing, golf, festivals and other happenings are just some of the activities you'll find around here. At Yewit Center you will find that access is easy and the tranquility is refreshing. Feel free to fish in our private stocked pond that is right on Crooked Creek - large mouth bass, brim, croppie, blue gil, 7 large grass crop (if you can catch them.) The Balcony is 1100+ sq. ft and is spacious and tranquil. We know you will love your stay at Yewit Center!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Keith Soltys (the owner) a message.

If Keith Soltys (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
