Description

SeaCrest 1 is a versatile three bedroom apartment that provides high quality, contemporary accommodation with parking for one car. The open plan living area, conservatory and outside patio area offer guests perfect spaces to relax and unwind in comfort after a busy day sight seeing.

The lounge looks out across Porthmeor beach, with Smart TV, BT YouView and DVD player.

A modern gas fire in the lounge is perfect for those lazy, winter afternoons or evenings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. A separate laundry area includes washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Captain's Cabin, located on the ground floor, has a king size bed and access to the wonderful conservatory with seating for four.

The second and third bedrooms are located on the first floor. The First Mate’s cabin has an ensuite with shower and is fitted with a flexible bed which can be made up as either two twin beds or one king size bed. The Brig bedroom has a double bed.

Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV.

On the ground floor there is a fabulous family bathroom with bath and separate shower.

The furnished patio area is perfect for summer evenings, with an added benefit of an outside shower.

Getting around

There are many attractions in St Ives that can be reached on foot. These include: The Tate The Barbara Hepworth Museum The South West Coast Path. All the beaches are within easy reach. A car will allow you to explore West Cornwall and the following are all within a few miles: Land's End The Minnack Theatre The St Just Mining World Heritage Site St Michael's Mount There are numerous gardens in the locality including The Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project. Local bus services can be used to visit many of the attractions.

Unfortunately we cannot include the code here as it changes regularly. We are based in St Ives and are available at any time if you have a problem.

“lovely cottage”

We all had a good time the cottage was lovely the weather could have been a better. we would come again but later in the year We can recommend the Sloop inn for a good meal .

“Comfort and style with a view”

Located opposite the car park overlooking Porthmeor beach and within 5 minutes of the Tate, this ground floor/first floor apartment is comfortable, stylish and generously equipped. In its conversion the attention to detail is delightful, from an outdoor shower for surfers (not us!) to interesting art prints, dimmer switches and a tv in the bathroom. (Not necessary but fun). We were warm and snug in high winds and some heavy showers, and the view of sea and sky was always changing. The upstairs bedrooms would be a bit cramped for two couples and the ensuite shower room is very small but adequate.
