Description

Air Conditioning in both bedrooms. FREE WIFI. Warm cozy modern beach style condo. Clean open kitchen with lots of cooking supplies for large families. The living area is large, high ceilings and open with lots of natural light, especially in the morning. The 2 bedrooms are similar w/comfortable queen beds in each, Air conditioning and windows for fresh air. We also have a queen size airbed suitable for two young children or small adults that can be set up in the living room. There are plenty of fans throughout. Please note: our unit is on the top floor/3rd floor (great views! will need to climb some stairs as there is no elevator). Amenities include: HotTub/Jacuzzi -TWO Pools -Tennis Courts- Basketball Courts, FREE WIFI, TV/Cable/DVD/VHS, Balcony/Deck

Response from the owner Wow! Aloha Ellen! The word Aloha holds within itself all one needs to know to interact rightfully in the natural world. These insights describe an attitude or way of life sometimes called "The Aloha Spirit”. Clearly, Ellen did not come to the islands with “The aloha Spirit”. I pull key words and phrases. the beaches close by are gorgeous!!! The mountains are beautiful! The rest is bogus In fact, my condo is in the beautiful Makaha Valley. 1 mile from the famous Makaha Beach Park. This I am proud of and the main draw for most of my guests. There are peacocks. They are beautiful and they roam the grounds. Again, I feel this as positive, not a negative. Sprinklers at night? Yes, we water the grass at night as not to have it evaporate in the heat of the sun. My condo has 20 foot ceilings. Should one need a larger space to “gather thoughts”, please, I beg you, make yourself a big frothy lemony tequila infused thirst quenching slushy margarita, step your toes in the warm white sand and let the tepid turquoise waters heal your sole. I try hard not to take offense to her clear general dis-content but remind my self we are dealing with a troubled sole.

Response from the owner THIS RENTER THREATENED TO ILLEGALLY SUBLET OUR CONDO to a 3rd party without our consent and told us not to worry as they had everything under control. This is unacceptable (and illegal) so we had no choice but to ask our on-property security guards to get involved as well as, advise Flipkey/TripAdvisor of these renters. Their complaints written here are completely different from what they had originally complained about (ie: “ we do not like that other people are in the pool area that live here” and that “this is not a resort as we expected”). Although they had checked in to our condo 3 days after their scheduled check-in date therefore forfeiting the flip key 24 hr window to get a full refund with no questions asked, we still offered a 50% refund based on good faith. This was ungraciously declined. All of our pictures and descriptions are 100% accurate and we do NOT advertise this as a luxury resort facility. There are cats, chickens and beautiful peacocks roaming the grounds. Yes, residents of Hawaii share the pool and barbecues. Yes, it is hot and we provide a working AC unit in each of the 2 bedrooms. As well as, consistent trade wind breezes flowing through the condo most of the day. Yes, we have some personal items in a locked closet as do most other vacation property owners. THESE PEOPLE MAY BE PART OF THE LATEST VACATION BOOKING SUBLET SCAMS. BE AWARE OF RENTERS LIKE THIS, WHEN THINGS DON’T ADD UP AND A RED FLAG IS RAISED, FOLLOW YOUR INSTINCTS. IT’S UNFORTUNATE THAT THERE ARE RENTERS OUT THERE LIKE KATHY B & TIM.

How do damage deposits work?
