This unique and beautiful two story house includes over 5,000 square feet under roof with seven Air Conditioned bedrooms with an ocean view and only 300 feet from pristine sandy beach . This is the perfect home to accommodate the needs of a large or small group, whether it’s a family reunion or a get away retreat. If it’s space ,comfort and convenient you’re looking for this is the property guaranteed to make you fell at home away from home with all the amenities provided.

The first floor has 2 bedrooms and one newly remodeled full bathroom ,each bedroom with one queen size bed, huge living room beautifully decorated with hardwood oak floors, leather furniture and a 46” HDTV, piano , DVD player and wireless high speed Internet connection, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and ability to serve up to 24 people including 2 dining tables and chairs to seat over 20 people, out door shower and laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience to use free of charge. laundry room is located out side the house but it is udder cover.

The second floor has 5 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms with one queen size beds each , 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each, and 2 full newly remodeled bathrooms, in which the where completely renovated and includes marble floors/walls with a tropical finished ceiling.

Two of the second floor bedrooms have sliding doors that steps out onto a 400 square foot lanai withe patio and more than 12 out door chairs and 2 loungers to relax and enjoy, allowing a perfect ocean & mountain view, beautiful sun rise or spending the evening under the moon and stars.

Extras 4 folding bed,3 futon 6 inch mattress and 3 infants cribs available for your convenient .

This property is located across the street and less than 300 feet from the beach which has over one mile of pristine sands to enjoy.

The huge back yard has coconut tree that has fruits all year round ,you are welcome to help your self to some fresh coconut, plus many trees ,banana plants , tropical flowers and other plants to reflect the beauty and ambiance of the island.

Housekeeping:-There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens, bath towels and beach towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. only color towels is permeated as beach towels. we only provide you the first 2-3 days of path soap, toilet papers, paper towels and trash bags as start up.

Parking:- For 3 - 4 vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated areas,
