Our second stay at Navigators and not disappointed. The property is clean and very well equipped. The outside shower is great for surfers. The Closeness to the beach is a fantastic asset with no hills to walk up after a long day surfing! Will be returning

“Beautifully appointed but rather compact for 6 people”

Reviewed 8 Apr 2014

1 Navigators is a lovely property. It has been very well designed and equipped with everything you could possibly need for your holiday. It feels as though no expense has been spared and everything done to a very high quality and standard . The owners are incredibly helpful and on hand should you need anything. It is very close to the beach and local shops. Our only slightly negative comment would be that if you wanted to stay there with 6 adults bedrooms 2 and 3, although very designed to make maximum use of space, are rather compact.

“Lovely place, well located”

Reviewed 27 Oct 2013

This property is superbly located just a short walk to the beach and the local shops. Ideal for surfers, you can see the surf from the property and decide whether its worth venturing to the sea. Well equipped with good quality fittings, the lounge/kitchen/diner is great with a nice balcony to sit on when the weather is good. The bedrooms are a little snug, but thats not where you spend your time. The bathrooms are good. Good wifi connection made up for a poor mobile phone signal! (but thats hardly the properties fault) Nice touch to find a cake and a welcoming card upon arrival.

“Great modern holiday home very close to the beach in a fabulous part of North Cornwall.”

Reviewed 13 Oct 2013

We had 8 nights at 1 The Navigators in our favourite part of the North Cornwall coastline. This is a newly built state of the art home for up to 6 people within about 100 yards or so of Polzeath beach. The internet connected TVs, the hot outside shower and the sun baked balcony being the top features. Very comfortable beds and a surprisingly quiet position given how close it is to the bustling surfing beach. Would definitely stay here again.
