Beach Haven sits in an enviable position in St Ives with stunning views through floor to ceiling windows across to The Island, Porthmeor Beach, Godrevy Lighthouse and along the north Cornish coast. Surfing at Porthmeor Beach and the vibrant St Ives harbour and Tate Gallery is only a 5-minute walk down Porthmeor Hill. Turn left out of the door and you are on the South West Coastpath.

Entered through a sunny private courtyard, perfect for morning coffee or breakfast.

Contemporary decor where your comfort and enjoyment of Beach Haven is our primary concern, from the moment you arrive to a welcome box of local goodies to the last day of your stay we want it to be perfect in every way. The house is thoroughly cleaned between guests to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness throughout.

Wander to the local deli and grab some yummy local produce to create a fabulous meal in our fully equipped kitchen or be spoilt for choice by the excellent local restaurants, everything from perfectly slow roasted coffee, fresh fish & chips to a gourmet meal. St Ives has so many wonderful places to eat you really will be spoilt for choice.

A sumptuous master bedroom with firm mattress but soft pillow top topper let’s you sink into a deep sleep, complete with sea views is the perfect place to wake after a relaxing night sleep.

The twin bedroom overlooks the sunny private courtyard again with pillow top topper for maximum comfort.

Our gorgeous bathroom with rainwater double shower, freestanding bath and limestone floors is the perfect place to relax and unwind as you start your holiday.

A private parking space at the front of the property means you can happily explore Cornwall and know you have guaranteed parking on return.

“Beautiful home in a beautiful location”

We had a great week in St Ives. Rachel has been so helpful to answer any queries we had before and during our stay. The house is beautiful and extremely clean. It was perfect for the 4 of us staying. We would highly recommend!

“Marvelous”

Our first visit to St Ives and Beach Haven - we were not disappointed. The house was lovely and clean, having everything that we needed including a welcome pack that was indeed very welcome after out long drive. The view from the front windows was stunning. During the week we made full use of the beautiful enclosed back garden which was a real sun trap. Based just out of the centre it was an ideal place to visit the many attractions St Ives has to offer. The house is off a steep road but helps to burn off the calories from the lovely foods available!! An added bonus was the parking space out front. We will definitely be returning for another stay!!

“Beautiful location”

The house was very warm, clean and inviting on arrival with some scones, bread and tea and coffee as an added surprise after a long drive. The house had wonderful views from the lounge and front bedroom. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything from utensils through to dishwasher tables, sponges and tea towels. We have stayed in many holiday rentals where none of these basic items are provided and it was wonderful to have these items already stocked for arrival. We did have a problem connecting with the WiFi but this was quickly rectified by contacting Rachel and this wasn’t an issue throughout the rest of our stay. The only two issues that we had was that we only managed to get parked in a designated parking bay 50% of the time, meaning we had to park on double yellow lines for the rest of the time. As we were out of season we weren’t particularly concerned about getting a parking ticket however during the high season I can imagine this being a problem and possible one that would stop us returning in the high season. The other issue was with the double mattress. It was incredibly uncomfortable, we could feel the springs and each night it felt like we kept rolling into the middle with no support. I would like to add on a positive note, that we had a delightful stay in a wonderful property.
