Lovely modern 3 bedroom property, set in lots of Gardens and grounds to relax and play -- with great facilities on this charming family friendly holiday resort, near Perranporth + St Agnes.
We offer amazing value here. This house is close to the Reception building and Play Area, so fantastic position on the park.

NEWQUAY - this is just a few miles away, here you will find the world famous Fistral beach, perfect for surfing and relaxing. Many other beautiful beaches around Newquay!!
This resort is in between Perranporth and St Agnes, Bar + Restaurant.
THE LOCAL AREA IS AN AREA OF OUTSTANDING BEAUTY - With so many amazing coastal walks to enjoy and explore. It really is a photographers dream -- Please have a look at some of the photos we have taken of the local area nearby ! ..........
The staff here are all very friendly, happy to help with anything you could need !! Wifi is available at the main Reception building. This is not available at the actual property.
There is a well stocked shop on site, with a good range of supplies (seasonal) + Launderette on site -- small charge for this

“Perfect Location”
We booked this holiday home for family to stay in as it was close to St Agnes where a wedding was taking place. The accommodation was in the perfect location to access Perranporth and St Agnes. It was clean and had all the equipment needed. The beach games were a great addition which the teenagers and children in the party made use of. It was reasonable in terms of price and Jane was the perfect host and responded to queries quickly and even left the bride a wedding gift and card. A great holiday was had by all, thank you.

“Holiday home”
Super spot, house was what is needed for a relaxing holiday. Facilities were great for the young ones and the food was very tasty. We used the excellent home as we were attending my daughter and son in laws wedding at Nancarrow Farm.

“A great little place near to beaches and Tourist spots”
This was a great little place which was bigger than I expected with good sized bedrooms and a nice open lounge to relax in. The site was probably a little tired but there was everything we needed. Due to covid we had to book our swim a day in advance for a 40 minute slot. But we did get to swim Daily. St Agnes beach is a short drive and we loved it there and later in the week we visited Nequay Porth beach , Truro and the Eden project. So a great spot for a family holiday, a nice tidy clean house, just the site felt quite dated.
