Description
Our chalet is just a short walk from glorious Praa Sands beach. The beach is manned by lifeguards throughout the summer. It also close to restaurants and dining. All the major supermarkets are only 7 miles away.
Sleeps 4. 2 bedroom with a double bedroom and a second bedroom adult size bunk beds, self contained with newly fitted modern kitchen and WC with a shower. TV (32"), DVD, Free-serve. Electric heating, double glazing throughout. Duvets with bed linen and towels are provided. The Chalet electricity and gas and internet WiFi is included in the Tariff.
Also we have two Tarpon 120 kayaks with equipment and two surf boards for rental at reasonable rates.
Location: Standing in Cornish countryside, with distant sea views, this is an ideal property for those seeking budget yet comfortable and homely accommodation, only a short walk, 10min, away from the glorious beach of Praa Sands.
The beach is popular for bathing and watersports and is manned by lifeguards through the summer.
The 9 hole golf course at Praa is also just a short walk (10min), and temporary membership is readily available. Long cliff top and country walks are nearby. The village shops provide all daily needs including a Post Office.
Pets by arrangement. Open All year. Non Smokers only
Changeover Saturdays, 4.00 pm arrival, 10.00 am dep.
A 32" TV/DVD player is provided, with Free-serve channels, and we have plenty of films & children's films. Non Smokers only please. Changeover Saturday.

“Fun surf house”
Chalet Camellia was a suitable stay in a beach community. Incan see that it would be perfect for a surf trip in Cornwall. Champa was a very cheerful host.

Response from the owner This lady declined the property quoting a severe medical condition of which we were unaware, we refunded her in full, paid two nights in full for local accommodation, and found alternative accommodation for the week, carried out promptly without question. After some time we began receiving demands for further money with threats, which is now subject to legal appraisal therefore we are not able to comment further.
