Your Ali'i Dr. Downtown Kona Beach Condo is just a few minutes walk along the annual mid-October World Triatlon Champion race route to get to the Start/Finish at the Kona Pier. Ironman event guests who wish to stay longer than the minimum 10 nights at Ironman rates can have their extra adjacent nights price reduced to non-event rates. Trip Advisor booking is now being taken for Ironman 2019.

IRONMAN 2019 event pricing has a 10 day minimum stay at $229/night with a further discount for other adjacent dates around your 10 day minimum Ironman stay which may be adjusted to non-event pricing.

Aloha, our beach condo is right downtown in the village of Kailua in Kona with access to our sunning and surfing beach. We offer beautiful, clean and comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price. Our pool-view studio is a 400 sq. ft. or 37 sq. mt. plus private sunlight-dappled lanai with padded swivel rockers and padded bench. Studio means that there is no bedroom. We have a queen size bed and an adjacent daybed with roll-out trundle which can make into 2 separate beds with 75 inch-long mattresses. Our studio condo is most suitable for up to 2 adults.

- Our condo layout, furniture, and fixtures are rated for a maximum weight of 250 lbs. per person and a person's maximum height of 6'2" (188 cm). We have real beds with comfy mattresses 75" in length. Our condo is best suited for 2 adults. As it is a studio condo, there is no separate bedroom.

Getting around

Big Island of Hawaii - Ground transportation to/from KOA Kona Airport, bus service within/to Kailua-Kona, daily round trip island bus service to Hilo, Volcano, Guidebooks. . KOA is readily accessible by car, taxi and shuttle. Day-trip excursion buses, helicopters to the volcano and return same day. The trolley bus is $2.00 exact cash each way. Catch the bus on Ali'i Drive near our condo's Ali'i Drive gate, to the right at our gate at St. Michael's Church (#11 on the schedule) if you want to go to Walmart, etc . I think you can also catch it across the street, one block to the right, in front of the Kona Inn Shopping Village (#22) to go to the beaches and Keauhou Shopping Centre.
