Our 'home away from home' townhome is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation! It is luxuriously decorated with top of the line furnishings and original art work, yet extremely comfortable and welcoming. Since our townhome is NOT a full-time rental, you can relax in quality and comfort! This townhome is all about location, location, location! It is just steps across the grass to the ultra quiet, tropical free-form pool and spa. Enjoy watching your family in the pool, while grilling dinner on the lanai using the built-in Viking BBQ! Wake up to magnificent sunrises with views of both Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea!

Our townhome features the much desired 'A' floor plan with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and over 1600 square feet of living area, PLUS 428 square feet of lanai! In our private single car garage you will find boogie boards, snorkel gear,bicycles,scooters(Razor), beach chairs, a rolling cooler, pool toys, umbrellas and more! All for your use while you are staying with us... ample parking is just steps away!

The Fairways at Mauna Lani is a newly built (2006), private, gated community situated along the fourth and twelfth fairways of the award winning Francis H. Brown golf course (North Course). The Fairways low density design, lush and tropical landscaping, make it the perfect place to relax...by the quiet, guest only free-form pool with lava rock waterfall and hot tub, or on your private lanai. Enjoy the Fairways many amenities including; private fitness center and clubhouse.

KITCHEN:

The gourmet kitchen has granite counter-tops and GE appliances and everything you would need to prepare a five course meal. There is a round, solid teak dining table with seating for six, along with two complete sets of dishware for eight (formal and casual). Our kitchen is fully stocked~food processor,blender,toaster, rice cooker,condiments,sauces,dry goods and more!

LIVING ROOM:

The open style living room invites you to relax while reading or watching television from the large flat screen TV, with CABLE (DVR available) and DVD/CD player. Or listen to music on the CD player with optional IPOD docking station!

MASTER BEDROOM:

The upstairs master bedroom is a tranquil oasis with a king size bed, solid mahogany sleigh bed-frame, teak highboy, flat screen TV with CD/DVD player, ceiling fan, a private retreat/office with desk and HP scanner/printer for your use (just bring your laptop!). Private master bedroom lanai with comfortable seating...drink your coffee here in the morning and enjoy the views and tropical breeze. The master bathroom boasts two closets, a walk-in shower, two sinks, and a jetted jacuzzi tub!

SECOND BEDROOM:

The second bedroom features two extra long twin beds which can be converted to a king size bed if needed, private bathroom, ceiling fan, two closets, six drawer teak dresser, flat screen TV with DVD player, and Nintendo GameCube system (with games!).

LAUNDRY ROOM:

Front loading (water efficient)washer and dryer make extended stays a breeze! The large granite counter-top provides ample space to store your beach towels, extra water and supplies!

From the Fairways, you can walk to the newly built Shops at Mauna Lani and enjoy coffee Kimos, visit art galleries, or dine at either Ruth's Chris Steakhouse or the Tommy Bahama Café. The very convenient Farm Market has everything you would need for your stay...from fine wine and cheese to fresh produce and the basics! The Fairways is also only a two block walk to the Fairmont Orchid Hotel which boasts the Spa Without Walls, a great beach, and fine dining. Golfing is only a few minutes drive down the road.

We want your vacation to be as fun and relaxing as possible. We have just purchased two brand-new bicycles for cruising around the resort~great for riding to the market or Starbucks! We also provide you with: beach towels, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs (and gear), and so much more!

Once the ancestral home of Hawaiian Royalty, the Mauna Lani Resort lays claim to ancient Hawaiian fishponds, three miles of shoreline, historic fishponds, ancient petroglyphs, award winning golf (best maintained courses on the island), green sea turtle nursery, award winning spa, and numerous archaeological sites.
