If you are looking for privacy, then you have found it at this cedar log cabin tucked away in a quiet wooded area just outside of Blowing Rock. This little "diamond in the rough" boasts a large open great room with cathedral exposed beam ceiling, cable TV with DVD and VCR players, and a floor to ceiling stone wood-burning fireplace. This spacious great room has open access to the dining area and fully-equipped kitchen.

From the kitchen head out to a private, covered, furnished deck with a Jacuzzi-brand, 5-person hot tub. Put your grilling chef to work at the gas grill and enjoy that juicy steak or just right hot dog as you soak in the peacefulness of the woods.

Down the hall from the great room is a master suite featuring a queen bed, cable TV, a private bathroom with double shower, and a separate entrance to the deck near the hot tub. A second bedroom also has a queen bed and cable TV. The second full bath has hallway access.Cable TV and WiFi are available for those who can't leave home without their computer. J

ust put the computer on sleep for a few hours and enjoy quiet walks through the woods, relax in the cabin or soak in the tub on the private covered deck. Perfectly located between Blowing Rock and Boone, convenient to all High Country attractions, this charming cabin is a fantastic vacation getaway!

My family & friends loved this cabin from the minute we pulled up, location and décor made this a perfect place to come back to... Everything is better in person as the pictures do not compare, the hot tub was a huge plus... The views where amazing and the inside & outside fire pit was the icing on the cake.. lol

We enjoyed our stay, the cabin is small but cute, the Scenery surrounding the cabin is beautiful and we loved the location being only 8 miles from campus. Perfect for a family visiting college student. The cabin was pretty well equipped although it does not have central AC it does have a wall unit that worked well just not in the basement which did get a little warm. My only complaint was the furniture was very dingy in the family room definitely needs replaced or updated also would prefer comfortable seating on the back porch to enjoy the view like a rocking chair or Adirondack chair.
