Ampio, luminoso e raffinato appartamento bilocale completamente rimodernato, razionalizzato e riarredato, composto da un ingresso, da un grande soggiorno, da una ampia camera da letto con finestra, da un comodo e disimpegnato angolo cucina, da un ampio bagno con finestra con comodo disimpegno di accesso e da due terrazzi con ampio spazio esterno.

L’appartamento si trova in posizione assolutamente centrale e prestigiosa, in residence, a piano terra, completamente attrezzato, ideale per un nucleo familiare di 4 persone, vicino ai locali ed ai negozi più famosi ed a due passi dalla spiaggia, si trova a San Vito Lo Capo in Piazza Marinella (oggi Piazza Carlo Barbera), 28.

La casa è dotata di aria condizionata, frigo, cucina a gas con forno elettrico, forno a microonde, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, 2 TV da 50 pollici nel soggiorno e da 32 pollici nella camera da letto, macchina per il caffè espresso, barbecue, una bicicletta ed una comoda tenda parasole che permette di sfruttare completamente l'ampio spazio esterno.

WI-FI illimitata nei mesi estivi.

Purtroppo le note segnalate prescindono, in generale, dalla nostra buona volontà ma dipendono dalle caratteristiche della casa, che si trova in ZTL, e da alcune problematiche del Comune come l'approvvigionamento idropotabile e la cronica difficoltà di ricezione del segnale TV, che talvolta si esaspera. Faremo comunque tutto il possibile per migliorare continuamente, ed in particolare controlleremo tutto l'impianto del Digitale Terrestre già ottimizzato nel 2016 e rappresenteremo all'Amministratore del Condominio la segnalazione relativa all'acqua.Speriamo di accogliervi di nuovo presto.
