Description

We have 3 mini apartments of 40 square meters for rent for short or long periods. Each apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, television, fridge, and if you want to bed linen. On the top floor of the hotel there is a large terrace with laundry area (washing machine etc). The apartments are ideal to accommodate two to four people.Our apartments are located in the heart of the historical centre of Sciacca, in the ancient quarter of CADDA, one of the most characteristic of the city. Sciacca overlooks the sea of the South coast of Sicily, is about 60 km from Agrigento, 70 km from Marsala and 98 from Palermo.

You can access within minutes to the most important points of the town over to the nearby parking lot in piazza Mariano Rossi and Palermo but especially to the various beaches.

Are only a few meters from Central: via Licata, one of the most important shopping streets of the city; via Garibaldi, corso v. Emanuele and via Roma (Town Hall, situated in the ancient and prestigious Jesuit College); piazza a. Scandaliato, considered the city's living room, with its Belvedere, gives the opportunity to admire the Marina and the fishing fleet; piazza Duomo with the Cathedral of Norman origin.

Nearby there are the best signatures for shopping, as well as restaurants, taverns, bars, cinemas, pubs, food processing and the special shops of master potters saccensi. You can use public transport for excursions in and outside the city walls. Excellent location for a holiday tourism, but also for a spa stay. From our apartments you can reach on foot at the Terme di Sciacca (approx. 1 km) where you can submit to spa treatments. From the plateau of the baths you can admire a breathtaking panorama: the blue Mediterranean Sea, the coast of Cammordino (foxtail), full of history and legend. .

Our structure offers the possibility to access in a few minutes the most important points of the historic center, equipped with parking nearby, within walking distance of the city's best shops, shopping signatures, as well as restaurants, taverns, bars, cinemas, pubs, food shops, pottery and faience boutiques, all at your fingertips without the need of a car.

From us you can taste local olive oil, coming from our family business, and visit a pottery workshop of our production (family), where you can decorate items with traditional techniques of local potters. Prices vary depending on how high or low season and based on the number of people. For long periods, prices are Negotiable.
