Casetta on the ground floor, comfortable and cozy, fully furnished; well-kept garden, ample parking and a delightful gazebo under a pine wood, where you can experience moments of pure relaxation; there is a large space for children. It is equipped with all the comforts, possibility to take a hot shower even outside. The house is independent, independent, is about 100 meters from the sea.
