Description

The accommodation is a 5 minute stroll to Perranporth village and beach with a selection of places for your evening meals or entertainment. The Annex has a central open-plan living/kitchen which includes sofa, chairs, dining table, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, hob and microwave etc. There is access to an external patio, washing line and sunny garden. Both the rooms have their own shower en-suite, one is a bedroom has a 5ft bed the other full size twin beds. On-site parking is available as is free access to Wifi. Bed linen is provided however we do not usually supply towels and ask guests to bring their own beach and personal. Parking is available for one car but it is on a slope.

House rules

This is a quiet residential area very close to the village centre and beach. Guests are welcome who are happy to respect that neighbours would be disturbed by late night noise. The garden is open for guests to use and hang beach and washing as required. It is south facing with direct sunlight until around 7:30pm. Perranporth is a lovely resort for families, beach goers, couples, walkers and explorers.

“Perfect family holiday”

We had the best week staying at the annex, Jo and Nigel are so accommodating and friendly. The accommodation is very well equipped and clean. Perfect base for our family. You are just 5 minutes from the beach and a short drive to local attractions. We will definitely be returning.

Close to beach and all shops, bars, restaurants etc. The owners Jo & Nigel were very friendly and helpful, and allowed us to bring our dog. Hope to stay here again in the future.

“Lovely cosy place to stay for a family”

Very handy location and close to the beach and shops . Welcome cream tea on arrival. The owners let us to use their body boards and wind break .Very comfy beds and we slept well . We enjoyed our stay in the annexe which had all that we needed for our holiday.lots of local knowledge of where to go was much appreciated. Thank you Jo and Nigel

Annex at Wheal Leisure is a lovely place to spend your holiday, the Annex is spacious, comfortable, very clean and well looked after. Jo the owner welcomed us and ensured we had everything we required also left milk, sugar, tea and coffee for when we arrived and scones, jam and cream which was a lovely surprise. It is just a five minute walk to the village with shops and restaraunts etc. and to the beach. We would definitely recommend this holiday home.
