Description

With three enormous bay windows from which to gaze upon the Atlantic, this middle apartment feels like a giant turret-room, surrounding you with stunning vistas of the sea at every turn.
With panoramic town sea and coastal views, Huer's Watch is aptly named after the traditional town huer, whose role was to watch out to sea for tell-tale signs of pilchard shoals and alert the townsfolk of their arrival.

Beautifully presented, the whole apartment exudes comfort, warmth and homeliness. The lounge/ diner has three huge windows providing extraordinary views and an overwhelming impression you are suspended above the very sea itself. With the property commanding such an enviable corner location, you might even get the chance the watch the sun rise and set without even leaving the room. In fact, with comfy Tetrad sofas, including a double sofa bed, dining table, and gas-powered wood burning stove to compliment the period feel of exposed granite walling, you may never have to.

In the bedroom, the king-size bed and a floor-to-ceiling bay window might just lure you away from the hypnotic scenes of the living room. As with all the apartments, the bedroom is finished with subtle, personal touches that make this feel like it's your home, not just a place to rest your head.
Entering the well-equipped oak and polished granite kitchen with its Belfast sink and view down over St Ives and the harbour would encourage even the most reluctant cook to tie on an apron and pick up one of the Rick Stein cook books off the shelf.

The very large bathroom continues to impress, recently refitted to a very high standard, it's as quirky as it is quality.

In the end, you can't help thinking, just like everything about these apartments… 'it's all just so very Pednolver'.
