The Villa locates in 50 meters from beautiful golden sand beach!!!! You just open the door from your garden and do few steps in tranquil private road to access to calm beautiful sand large and long beach!!! Where you can swim, take a sun, relax, walking, walking how long you like and running if you like it. This is true Sicilian paradise with total relax from city rumors, you will hear only birds and sea. In encirclement is delightful landscape with greens and big rocks strewed by nature, pine-trees, unforgettable Sicilian mountains and azure sea with 4 islands which possible to see. Near the entrance is green terrace with dinner table and second outside kitchen . In addition there is a kitchen with well-arranged oven and barbecue. This villa with 120 qm of space which consist: well equipped kitchen, living room with good sofa (for 2 additional sleepers), 2 double bed rooms and 1 room with 2 single beds, bathroom with washing machine, totally capacity of this villa is 8 persons. Villa has green terrace with garden furniture, where you can eat and cook with fresh breeze form the sea. Private parking place. In 4 km distance from house there is good open public swimming pool 10x25 meters, with sea view, and also in 3 km distance there is acquapark which would be like to your children this swimming pool do not belong to us!, so you can use it with entrance payment.

Also in Cefalu accessible sea walking day tour to islands Lipari and Vulcano, Panarea and Stromboli. You will have unforgettable impression from each 20 min. eruption of vulcano Stromboli.
