Aloe Cottage has one of the most sought after locations in Rock with stunning views across the Camel Estuary. It is a much loved family holiday home rather than a purpose designed holiday let which the family have agreed to let so that others can enjoy this wonderful cottage when they are not there. It has been refurbished to a high standard with the interior designed to give a seaside feel.

A beautifully renovated characterful cottage overlooking the River Camel in central Rock, close to Rock Sailing Club. Stunning estuary views, attractive interior and furnishings, small front patio with views, close to shops, restaurants, ferry to Padstow, golf course; the ideal place from which to enjoy the Camel estuary. There is a main double bedroom with king sized bed and 2 further attic bedrooms more suitable for children or young adults. ( 2 x 2'6" twin beds and 1 x 4'6" double bed tucked into the eaves.) Aloe Cottage has a downstairs wet room, separate drying/utility room a beautiful kitchen and bathroom and is attractively furnished and decorated throughout.

Dogs (max 2) are welcome by prior arrangement but please don't allow on the sofa or upstairs; an additional fee of £50 per dog per week ( or part there of) applies
