Welcome to Garden Apartment!
The apartment is set in stunning Grange-over-Sands and located about a 5 minutes walk to central Grange and a 15 minute walk to the station. East Bank Garden Apartment is a one bedroom, self contained apartment, over-looking Morecambe Bay. The flat is located to the lower Ground Floor of a large Victorian semi detached, and has been recently refurbished to a high standard by the owners. The apartment has a contemporary feel. Cozy bedroom with views on the garden.
Internally:
There is a large bedroom with king size bed and plenty of storage. An en-suite is located to the Bedroom and has walk-in shower. There are two comfortable chairs next to the windows. The Kitchenette is provided with a electric hob cooker, belfast sink, and fridge, as well as kettle and microwave. The kitchen/living space has a TV with free-view, sofa-bed and a table for two.
The apartment is perfectly suited for a couple, but it will also accommodate parents with a small child. There is a sofa bed which suits one adult or a child (sofa-bed measuring 120cm x 190cm).
Smaller dogs are permitted subject to approval. Please contact the owner to confirm if the dog would be suitable.
Externally:
The Garden Apartment is accessed off a small set of steps. To the front of the flat, there is a private garden for users of the flat and patio area with a table and chairs.

“Lovely place”
Lovely little apartment just outside the village of grange-over sands. Very lovely place!! Very clean and tidy!! Lovely view and very quiet. We came as a little quiet get away for a anniversary, we did a lot of walking and chilling out. It's perfect for this. Would highly recommend. :)

“Grange on sands holiday apartment”
Booked our stay for a couple of nights at this simple, but comfortable and calm apartment overlooking the beach. It has got most of the facilities, separate fully fitted kitchen etc. The host were friendly and helpful in planning our tour. It was a 30 min drive to the main windermere lake and fairly accessible to most of the attractions in the lake district. Would definitely recommend this for a stay, especially for couple with kids. Thanks.

“Cute apartment with great view.”
Visited this apartment in may 2017 to go sky diving and cartmel races. Great location to get to both. It is a lovely apartment with everything you need. The owners were extremely helpful with goid communication before and during our stay. The view was great too and only a 5 minute walk to shops. Highly reccomend this apartment.

“Lovely place to stay”
A lovely relaxing weekend spent in the garden apartment with my partner and 10 month old boy. The apartment was cosy and clean and well equipped with everything you need. The owners are very welcoming and communication before and after our stay was excellent. We will definitely be back.
