Self catering stone barn conversion boardering a stream set in 2 acres of grounds. tastefully decorated and furnished, built in 2013.we offer a quiet location ideal for rest and relaxation, nicely situated between Portreath and Porthtowan, both have great beaches.Ideally placed for touring Cornwall being only 5mins away from the main A30. you can choose you use your car, or go by bicycle or even on foot on the Coast to Coast Tramway.A lovely quiet complex with no young children to disturb the peace and quiet. We stayed at 2 The Barns for a long weekend break, the setting is lovely and peaceful, the barn itself was spotless, very modern and had everything you could need. Directions to the Barns were brilliant. We will definitely be returning.

“Great to come home to after a hard day sightseeing!”

Compact, clean and well equipped. Good for local amenities and a good base to venture further afield. A part of Cornwall we have been to before but still found a few unseen areas! Tehidy is lovely for a long walk and local beaches at Gwihian and Portreath great for surf and sitting!

Lovely location, perfect for exploring the north side of Cornwall. James and Rosemary were very friendly and helpful. The Barn was cosy and clean situated in a peaceful location.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If James/Rosemary (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
